It probably won’t have escaped your notice that, thanks to Forest’s crushing 3-0 win over Derby on Tuesday night we have been drawn at Arsenal in the third round of the Carabao Cup.

We are still awaiting final confirmation of the date of the match but it is likely to be on Tuesday, September 24 or Wednesday, September 25.

Branch chairman Steve Moon has now started to take ticket orders although we don’t currently know what our allocation will be (you may recall Forest did not take their full entitlement for last season’s FA Cup tie at Chelsea).

Therefore, please can you ensure that Steve receives all ticket requests by no later than 4pm on Monday, September 24 and send him an SAE whether you intend to pay by cheque or electronically.

As per all London games this is strictly one ticket per member so please don’t ask for additional ones for friends.  If ordering on behalf of other members, please state who they are.

If our demand exceeds the number allocated to us, in addition to season ticket holders and regulars, another criteria will be those who have currently renewed their membership as there are still a number of regular members still to do so.

From October onwards, only those who have renewed their membership will be eligible to order away match tickets through the branch.

* The deadline for ordering Stoke or Blackburn tickets is Friday, September 30.
