Pool Team

The London Trickies have a successful pool team who are current APFSCIL Cup holders having won it for the first time last season.

We are also set to finish towards the top of the APFSCIL League.

A good 8-1 win over Exeter in our final league game of the 2023-24 season actually takes us up to second in the league – but with other matches still to play a fourth or fifth place finish.

Pool captain Steve Moon said: “It has been a bit of a frustrating season but when we have played well we have played very well.

“But a bit of inconsistency and not always getting the breaks at vital times in frames cost us.

“Now we can move on to our defence of the cup later this summer with confidence.”

It’s an APFSCIL competition so you will play other London Supporters Clubs of Provincial clubs.

Steve adds: “It’s a friendly run league and you don’t have to be a world beater or hustler, just someone who enjoys a game is sufficient.  The only financial outlay may be contributing to pizza on our home games.”
